Vocal Warm Up

Warming up the voice is an essential part of singing. Ideally it is wise to spend at least 10-15 minutes engaging in warm ups, but even a short series of exercises can make a difference in preserving vocal health. Please remember your voice is a muscle and needs to be cared for daily to keep it strong and agile. Drink enough water, make an effort to get plenty sleep, and try to avoid consuming any caffeine and dairy before singing.
